These Terms apply when you purchase any product from us. By completing a purchase, you agree to everything below.
1. What You’re Getting
CPGflow is a digital system designed to help early-stage CPG brands get organized, gain visibility, and scale operations with clarity.
Depending on your purchase, you’ll receive access to:
The CPGflow Airtable Operating System
Implementation guides and walkthroughs
Training videos and tutorials
Templates, dashboards, and workflows
Everything is delivered digitally — nothing is shipped physically.
2. Payment & Access
All purchases are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise
You’ll receive access via email or a delivery page after purchase
Please use a valid email and check your spam/promotions folder if needed
We may update pricing or features at any time, but your purchase is locked in at the time you buy.
3. Your License (What You Can & Can’t Do)
When you purchase CPGflow, you get a personal license to use it inside your own business.
You can:
Use it to run and improve your own brand
Customize it for your operations
Share it internally with your team
You cannot:
Resell, share, or distribute it outside your business
Use it for clients, agencies, or multiple brands
Copy or recreate it as your own product
If you want multi-brand or agency usage, contact us.
4. Our Guarantee
We stand behind what we built.
If you don’t feel more organized, more in control, and clearer about your operations within 30 days — you don’t pay.
That means:
You should feel less chaos
You should have better visibility
You should feel more confident running your operations
If you don’t experience that shift, just email us within 30 days and we’ll refund you.
No friction. No awkward back-and-forth.
👉 Note: This guarantee is about operational clarity and usability — not specific business results like revenue, number of stores, or growth.
5. No Guarantees on Business Results
CPGflow is designed to help you:
Get organized
Save time
Make better decisions
But we do not guarantee:
Revenue growth
Profit increases
Number of retail doors
Retail acceptance or distribution
Your results depend on your product, execution, market, and decisions.
6. Third-Party Tools (Airtable, etc.)
CPGflow runs on tools like Airtable.
You are responsible for:
Creating and maintaining your own accounts
Any subscription or usage costs from those tools
We’re not responsible for changes, outages, or limits from third-party platforms.
7. Lifetime Access (What It Means)
If your purchase includes “lifetime access” or “pay once, own forever,” it means:
You’ll have access to the product for as long as we continue to offer and support it.
It does not mean:
Unlimited 1:1 support forever
Custom work or ongoing services
Guaranteed compatibility with all future tools
8. Refunds & Fair Use
We offer a 30-day guarantee, but it’s meant to be fair for both sides.
We may refuse refunds if:
The request is made after 30 days
There’s clear misuse, abuse, or copying of the product
The product has been shared or redistributed
If refunded, your access and license to the product ends.
9. Use at Your Own Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Your business decisions
Your pricing, operations, and data
How you use the system
CPGflow provides structure and tools — but you run the business.
10. Changes & Updates
We may improve or update the product over time.
We are not obligated to:
Maintain every feature forever
Provide ongoing updates indefinitely
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for:
Lost revenue
Business losses
Data issues
Operational decisions you make
Your use of the product is at your own risk.
